i like the simple life of gardening, bicycling to coffee shops, oil painting, hanging out with my dogs; punctuated by occasional world travel---i enjoy asia the most but will go just aboput anywhere-to feel the winds of another land cascade over my whike hearing foreign tongues; i practice zen and enjoy novels and reading byu the fireplace and listewning to music--i happily have no tv but enjoy going out to movies or live music.

novels--the depford trilogy by robertson davies; garp and owen meany by irving; murakami and many others as well

i "practice" law with a good friend and we enjoy the fun of it--

oil painting/yoga/bicycling/driving up to Seattle to eat the best corn pancakes in the world/world travel/ walking my dogs/ strumming my guitar and listening to music on and on and on forever--

i still haven't fully grown up but i hail from michigan--and before that i came from the womb and before that who knows?

1) 10 YR OLD black lab/great dane combo-Grant-recued him 6 yrs ago from abusive upbringing so he still has issues but we love each other
2) 1 yr old boxer/sheppard mix--lucy-a lover of people and other dogs

riding on the back of a motorbike being driven by a one legged man in Cambodia/mountain climbing/ flying an airplane/7 yrs as a cop/etc

nothing. things may scare me here and there but terror? sometimes i have a terrifyng nightmare but don't remember them
